How-tos
How to create an account
Click on ‘SIGN IN’ at the top-right corner, then click on ‘Register’. An account is required to design an experiment and you will receive access to ‘MyHome’. This allows you to customize your profile, view experiments you have participated in and designed, and enroll in groups (only applicable to college classes).
How to participate in an experiment
To participate in an experiment, you can click on ‘Get Started Now’ or ‘EXPERIMENTS’. From there, choose an experiment family (e.g., Implicit Association Test, Stroop Test, etc.) and you will be directed to a page with all the available experiments for that experiment family. Click on the chain link button (left) to open the experiment. If you would like a history of all the experiments you have participated in, then you will have to create an account.

How to publish an experiment and collect data
To publish an experiment, click on ‘SAVE’ in the experiment editor, then click on ‘PUBLISH’. Once published, you can find your experiment within the experiment family it was published in or through ‘MyHome’ > ‘MyExperiments’ > ‘Experiments Designed’, then clicking on the name of the experiment. To download the data, follow the same steps, and instead of clicking on the name of the experiment, click on the button labeled ‘Download results’.
How to get an instructor account
To get an instructor account, you must first create a regular account (see above). Then, you can request an instructor account by emailing your request to tellab-admin@tellab.org. Requestors should be prepared to document their status as instructors, which can be as simple as sending the request from a .edu email address and including a link to your faculty profile.
